Life is always quite unexpected. One minute you feel that you are at the top of the world. And the next, you feel as if you are buried underneath all of your sadness and anxiety. In life, there is an equal balance of happiness and depression. But then why do we never get to see a neutral person i.e. a person who feels happy and sad equally? How is it that we either see people who are very happy or extremely down? Why isn't there a balance?  I believe this is so because of the way people see the world. Some people see life as unfair, some may see life as a perfect little gift and others may think of it as a normal thing everyone has. Destiny always rewards everyone with a balanced life. But destiny cannot reward people to see life in a particular way. How you view your life is completely in your hands. I do know that it is difficult to always try to look at life in a neutral way. It seems like the speed of life is becoming even faster with each passing day. Each day is starts to feel much shorter than the next. We spend each day with our full energy and excitement. We plan to live life to the fullest and have fun and we fill our every day lives are filled with adrenaline rushes. In this, we lose contact with mental peace and nature's soothing tranquility. And of course, I completely support living an energetic life. In fact, that's a life I sometimes like to live too. But nowadays, excitement has started to mean going on fun drives at high speeds or travelling to some extremely developed cities and posting everything on social media. This may not be a fact for all, but from what I have observed, it is becoming extremely common. This is not a very good thing.
