Climate change!!

Climate change is one of the biggest social issues in the world that is haunting the earth and its residents i.e. humans, animals and plants. Due to climate change, there has been a rise is temperature of oceans and seas which has led to the melting of the polar ice caps. These polar ice caps provide coolness to the Earth and balances its hot temperatures. Due to the melting of the polar ice caps, the Earth's temperatures and its sea levels have been rising annually. Because of the rising of the Earth's temperatures, there has been an occurrence of larger, bigger and more disastrous storms and natural disasters. 
The rising in the temperature of ocean water does not seem really important at first, but it is something that deserves our attention. The rise in temperature of oceans has led to the development of more destructive hurricanes and it allows a tropical storm/depression to intensify into a major hurricane within 24 hours and each hurricane season is becoming more intense than the last.
Because in the sudden increase in the Earth's temperatures, animals and plants are also not able to adjust in this changing world. They are losing their natural habitats either by forest fires (natural disasters but mainly forest fires) or by humans destroying their habitats for the development of agriculture, roads, buildings, resdential colonies etc. 
Climate change is slowly causing a chaim reaction that will lead to many disastrous occurences on the Earth which is why it is such an important issue. We should take action against climate change now and change our ways, before we come to the point of no return, and we will never be able to revive our Earth again.

Feeling overwhelmed is a feeling we may feel constantly in life. As we grow older, our responsibilities increase drastically. And we can't always cope up with that, which may not always feel acceptable to us because of our inner mind telling us that we aren't doing enough. So, we keep pushing ourselves to go further. This tiny endless cycle keeps on going until we can't find the motivation to push ourselves anymore. Then what do we do? Getting more overwhelmed is something that happens to us unconsciously in these types of situations. But that's not the right approach to problems like these.  Instead, look outside your window and remind yourself of something that you are thankful for in your life.
