Letting Go
In life, we come across numerous problems that cause us to crumble under stress. At some point of life, the stress becomes unbearable and we soon break under it's force. There are many forms of stress but in every single form, they make us feel incomplete. We feel incompetent to perform a job. We start to doubt on our own talents and capabilities. Now, that is not something that has been generated by your mind, but it is something that has been sourced by our environment and society. You are constantly at war with your mind and heart, just longing for tranquility. Everyone will advise you to balance life's priorities. But that doesn't always work. How many things will you try to balance? Imagine this picture of the motorbike is you. As you can see, there's a lot of weight on it. More than its capacity. If you keep on adding more weight, ultimately it will fall down. The only way to prevent it from falling, is by removing some of the weight. In the same way, you should remove all the burden on your shoulders. And the best way to do that is by trying to forget all your jobs and responsibilities. Stop trying to handle and complete every single thing in life, because it's not always possible to do so. Letting go is just the healthiest thing for yourself and your mental health. Stress can make you feel unprepared for a certain job. So just let it go for now and come back to it later, and resume it once you feel that you are ready.
