Self- Love
There are currently about 8 billion people living on Earth and every single one of these people deserve love. Whether it's the love of a friend, a parent, a pet or anyone else, that warm snuggly feeling of being adored.
But then the reality of life comes along. And this is when we start wondering if we even matter. We often ask ourselves if anyone cares about us. This leads us to the sad thought that no one cares about us and we try to change ourselves to feel cherished. We try to change our 'flaws' to appear 'perfect' and 'ideal' so that we can be surrounded by friends and people who think that we are delightful.
Well, these people like your fake personality. They don't care about your real self. You may be thinking that this is a little cost to pay but imagine the real danger of this situation. You have successfully surrounded yourself by people who do not love the real you. Imagine a day where your real self is revealed. All of these people will turn their backs on you. You will become lonelier than ever. Just because you couldn't show your true self.
If we were not supposed to have character flaws, then they would not exist. And stop seeing your flaws as something that is severely wrong. Don't change yourself. Instead work on those flaws to improve yourself and your overall character.
There is no need to fake your personality. This will surround you by fake people. Ut would be much smarter to surround yourself by 1 real friend who loves you for you rather than surrounding yourself with a billion fake friends who don't even like the real you. Appreciate yourself and instead of looking at your shortcomings, focus on the qualities that make you beautiful. You don't need to focus on or try to be like 'other people' who 'embody perfection' and apparently have no flaws. Just because they seem perfect in your eyes doesn't mean that they actually are.
So just love yourself the way you are. Remind yourself that you are lovely and charming. Ignite the fire of self love in yourself and just watch as you start to feel more confident and happy as the days go by.
