Take a Break
In the big busy world of today, every one is drowned in their daily tasks. We are working day and night to complete our work and it is in this rush of completion, that we often forget to do one vital thing. That is, to take a break.
We often keep running after efficiency in our respective workplaces to achieve the success we all desire, but that efficiency will only come once you take rest. But, now, all of our hands feel tied by society's unruly expectation for people to work non-stop to reach the goal of fame and fortune. To try to reach those expectations of fame and prosperity, we work so hard that we burn our capacity to keep working. And once we finally take a break, our mind is constantly bombarded with the thought of our incomplete jobs. We begin to ponder whether we should have even relaxed in the first place. We start to mentally feel down and think about other successful people who seem to never stop working and try to follow their way of work to get the prosperity we desire.
But we often forget about the fact that rest is one of the most vital ingredients in the potion of work efficiency. If we want to be prosperous, we have to be productive during our work time. And to be completely productive, we have to rest. And by rest, I am talking about a rest where we are not physically or mentally occupied by our work. Just take a complete break by all of your work related burdens. Although this may seem like tomfoolery at first, it really does work. When you take a complete refresher, you will feel more energized and inspired to work than ever. That monotony of work will end and you will feel much more dynamic.
