Procrastination
Everyone fights different battles in their life. But the battle I think almost everyone has fought in is the war against procrastination. Procrastination may be defined as a self-defeating behaviour (behaviours distracting you from your main life goals) that involves the unnecessarily delaying tasks until the last minute or after their deadline. We all go through procrastination. It is completely normal. It is also almost impossible for people to be motivated to complete all their tasks with full efficiency. But procrastination is never rewarding and it does indeed cause negative effects further on in life if we do not let go of the habit. So, how do we get over procrastination?
